The VIX is at a new, nearly 24 month low. The last time it was at these levels was in May 2008. Shortly thereafter followed the Sep/Oct sell-off.

Be careful out there, we are now swimming in the testing waters of this VIX low and new 2010 highs.

Rod nice to see you posting again. Some of the videos are saying the S&P is heading to 1183 then 1201. Timing will be everything. Pull out to soon and you could loose out on some great profit and hang in there to long and loose the whole month in a blink. DANG!!!

Yeah, I had a little down time here in Iraq, so I popped in to give my latest thoughts. Timing will be everything. I do know that I'm rather satisfied with my 7.27% YTD. I could head to (G) now and finish the year around 10%. I'd be happy with that. But we'll see what happens. I'll try not to get too greedy.

Thanx! The elections are over, and it was rather calm despite some Iraqis losing their lives due to suicide bombers around the polls.

Well anyway, I've mainly thought of you because you found a way to be FAITHFUL without going to church -- or getting wrapped up in any demonination. I haven't been to church for the past 3 weeks but it's really hard for me Rod. I mean I really miss the fellowship and the singing and sharing and all. So I'm probably a lot weaker than you -- but I need it and the more I'm away the more I see that's true.

Well -- I hope all is well -- and all of us will be thrilled to have you back.

Hi Rod. It's good to hear you are safe. I almost (smirk) forgot we had people over there as the news has definately taken a different direction about news in the middle east. Not sure if this is a good thing (does business as usual mean things are going well?) or a sign that Americans need feel-good news right now?
