Following Tom's Lead moved 100% G into 100% F Fund effective 1/18/06.
Moved 100% I Fund today, don't know if ti will do much better than the C & S over the next few days, China may move some U.S Debt could hurt the dollar a little. Hopefully a slight edge over the C & S.
Moved 100% from I to G today before noon, day late and several dollars short.
Probably move back to stocks tomorrow or Monday.

Should still be a good move. Morgan Stanley says that the I fund will only be down .618% today and foreign markets could well fall again tomorrow in sympathy to our drubbing today.Originally Posted by CheapShot

Not sure my move tomorrow for Monday, when will the next penny pay in the G Fund end of next week? I am leaning to the S Fund for Monday, not confident to put a 100% into it.
The penny should pay Monday. Maybe Friday, maybe Tuesday, but probably Monday.Originally Posted by CheapShot

I got the penny yesterday, two days of losses in the I Fund, 100% in I Fund will ride for a couple of days, thought about small caps but will try this instead the I has been good to me so far.
My father-in-law is fond of saying "If you can't be good, it's good to be lucky". TSP board adjusted the I fund price down today by 9 cents. They will have to adjust it back up in the next day or two and you will be the beneficiary. Congrats. Another great move.

Dave: I am not following your logic re the TSP adjustment of the I fund. Are you of the opinion it can not go any lower in the next day or two?
Thanks - Dell
Yes it can. But because of the TSP board's adjustment today, they in effect "owe" the I fund 9 cents. So whatever happens to the MSCI EAFE in the next couple of days, the I fund will perform 9 cents better.Originally Posted by dell

Take my profits back to the G Fund for me. 100% before noon today 2/9/06 effective Friday the 10th.
