as i understand from a number of blogs; he and a few other realestate investors are planning the same with respect to properties: both multi-unit and single family.

Russell 2000 bounced back some today and I was keeping an eye on TZA. Late the prices were out of whack as if people were buying TZA regardless of the price. At points TZA was down LESS than the Russell 2000 was UP let alone 3X down.
Guess some people are expecting a pullback soon.
