Seems like the market is 'pondering' which way to go at the moment.
I don't wanna miss out on a Dec 24, 2018 moment again but, with apologies
to Warren Buffet, I'm still too fearful.

It's going to take some time. I doubt there will be a "V" but plenty of playable bounces. Otherwise, nibbling in over a period of weeks could be a good idea. Too bad we can only do that twice a month (nibble) unless you use the 1% loophole. But keep it on the DL or they'll find out.

Didn't state it but I was thinking the ETF non-TSP 'account'. I sold SPXU too early this week. After a couple of 'nice' down days I bailed fearing a spike back up and of course the market's continued to slide. Grrr. And am now looking for a good spot to buy some UPRO.
