Hang onto your hats boys and girls, S&P futures are down nearly 1% this evening, so it may be time to order another case of sticky pants if you are in the market.
For myself, I bailed to the lily pad last Tuesday and am happy to be watching from the sidelines.
Good luck everyone!!!

Totally unrelated to the markets.
Just getting back from a two week vacation with the Mrs. and can now line off another item from the bucket list.
The purpose of our trip was a quest to go to Maine and find and devour the biggest lobster (or as the Mainers call them "lobsta") we could find. Well, mission accomplished. 3 1/2 pounder cooked and eaten...still have butter stains on my shirt.
We also spent some time in Vermont (Hogback Mountain) and Gettysburg PA. The Tacoma and camper (Scamp 16') performed flawlessly.
It was good to take a break from the daily political hub bub as well as the markets. I see that C, S and I have done quite nicely this month, which is kinda odd as September is supposed to be the worst performing month for equities. But hey, congrats to those who were brave enough to go against the trend.
All in all, it was a great trip, but it is good to be back home again.
I did learn something on this trip that I heard on a local radio station in Maine. "Arguing with the Mrs. is a lot like squatting naked with your spurs on." Burro would have been proud.

Burro might have posted a picture to go along with that quote! But thanks for not going that far...my visualization is going to be bad enough to drink away.
First IFT for September submitted. 75% G Fund, 25% F Fund, eff COB 9/20/19

With all the insanity surrounding the Dems latest effort to remove a duly elected President, I thought a little humor may be in order. Apologies if the video resembles the Intel Committee's latest efforts.
Enjoy!!!

I like L&H comedy... Yet RF's intent w/the POTUS comment P.Opine about other party needs the context/ edit that... this POTUS was perhaps "duly elected" w/o winning the popular vote & w/big assistance from "stack-doll" president and the FBI-director... Congress is trying to do its job (checks and balances being a major requirement... at least it used to be when that ole Constitution was drafted & ratified), and our TSP brothers & sisters in the Intel- and State-Dept worlds have been run ragged, chewed up & spit out many times by this POTUS. So, humor my be your claimed justification and obfuscation of your post, though seems actually with you comments to be quite sad. Hey, generally I enjoy your input and reading your posts.
