Those are some butt ugly numbers raven. But I really appreciate you taking the time to summarize this data for posting. This has been a tough month and a tough time to be active in the market if you're a TSPer.

Thoughts on the markets.

F Fund - closed today at 108.51. Under normal circumstances, this would be a great buy as today's closing is below the 18 SMA of 108.72 and well below the 100 SMA of 110.38. However with the uncertainty of when interest rates will be raised keeps the F Fund in a down trend. Personally, I don't see interest rates rising until 2016 as the economy just won't support it.

C Fund - closed today at 2102.31 which puts it right at the 18 SMA of 2102.79. The 100 SMA is 2094.93, so an 8 point down day triggers a buy signal.

S Fund - closed today at 1127.39 (I track DWCPF). It is still above the 18 SMA of 1124.53. The 100 SMA is 1110.63, so there's still a ways to go before this moves to a buy.

I Fund - closed today at 65.76, which is below the 18 SMA of 66.29 and close to crossing the 100 SMA of 65.69. Another down day, and this could be a buy. However, the Greece situation keeps me away. Once an agreement is reached, the I Fund will turn into a rocket ship.

So those are my thoughts. I'm currently invested 80% G Fund and 20%S Fund with one IFT left for June. I would like to be fully invested going into July, but I'm standing pat for the time being. Interesting fact; Of the top 10 on the monthly Auto Tracker, 9 are 100% G Fund and 1 is 100% I Fund...Hmm, now there's a reason to stand pat...

Decided to follow FWM and jumped in 100% to the F Fund with my last IFT for June. Things continue to deteriorate with Greece, so I'm thinking U.S. stocks will continue down at least through July 5th when the Greek people vote whether or not to accept austerity. All this should bode well for the F Fund as investors continue to seek safety. If for some reason, this turns into a one day market sell off and stocks rebound tomorrow, I'll just be a day late (Wednesday is July 1st and I get 2 more IFT's) and I can jump on the gravy train then. For now though, I'm throwing in with FWM.
