Thanks DBA! Should I stay or should I go now? I'm thinking we have more upside, not sure how much. Still have another IFT... Hmmmmmmmmm.

Recommendation for those thinking of moves...run 1 year charts first. May give you a better feel. That said, I missed this recent pop so make your own opinions.

I gave serious consideration to running for safety today, but decided to hang in for one more day in anticipation of good news regarding Mexico negotiations and tomorrow's jobs report.

I dug myself a pretty deep hole in May, so an exit to safety to protect recent gains (lost 5.90% in May, gained back 2.71% as of COB yesterday) would seem to be a prudent move. Still, this trade will end negative, but it could have been a lot worse.

Taking a gamble and hoping it will pay off. Then again I'm not near the bottom of the Autotracker because I'm some kind of an investment genius...

    Good luck everyone!!!

Nice moves, everyone! I didn't make it to my workstation in time to do anything, which is fine at the moment. I may regret it on Monday, at which point I'll be in the S-Fund till I retire, or maybe move to the C-Fund, seeing how S is @^%!@#$! I'm still 2-3% shy of my entry. I'm learning, and re-learning, some things. Happy Friday everyone! Have a great weekend!

Flipped a coin last week on expectation of further downside, only to see potential bull flags... if my position is any indicator, they will pop to the upside. I still have an IFT to get back in... No telling what the FOMC meeting will come up with. Maybe I'll get lucky with a better buy in.

That's what makes this market so frustrating. And then to rub salt in the wound I have to periodically look at the Autotracker and see all the folks with double digit returns. It's enough to make a fella want to run out into the middle of traffic...

Unlike the earlier days when folks had a good streak and were hitting double digits they would talk about what they where doing and why. Our top 20 folks are dead silent on what they are doing. I know a couple of them can't because they are pay to play.
May the force be with us.

Even if they are pay to play, they must be doing something different than what they are paying for. I don't think any of the subscription services are producing double digit gains, so far, this year.
