I suppose it would go towards stability. Markets like stability. But, linking a Justice to stability in a way that influences the financial market is hard for me to wrap my head around.

I think investors would see it as good news that trump will succeed in achieving the office if the decision goes to the court. I'm assuming of course that the dip now is primarily due to investors not knowing who will win and that uncertainty. Probably has some to do with the virus resurgence.
Yes, also, not having 9 (odd number) in Supreme court would be nightmarish if anything is contested, goes to court and there is a 4-4 tie. How would that be resolved??Markets would really drop with ongoing uncertainty!
Aw! Thanks mmk119! Here's one of my favorite Heart songs for you. Dog and Butterfly. Very good recording quality! Gosh Ann Wilson's voice....superb!
Lyrics are so great! Released in 1978

Dog & Butterfly
Heart
There I was with the old man
Stranded again so off I'd ran
A young world crashing around me
No possibilities of getting what I need
He looked at me and smiled
Said no, no, no, no, no child
See the dog and butterfly
Up in the air he likes to fly
Dog and butterfly
Below she had to try
She roll back down to the warm soft ground, laughing
She don't know why, she don't know why
Dog and butterfly
Well I stumbled upon your secret place
Safe in the trees you had tears on your face
Wrestling with your desires frozen strangers
Stealing your fires, the message hit my mind
Only words that I could find
See the dog and butterfly
Up in the air he like to fly
Dog and butterfly below she had to try
She roll back down to the warm soft ground
Laughing to the sky, up to the sky
Dog and butterfly
We're getting older the world's getting colder
For the life of me I don't know the reason why
Maybe it's livin' making us give in
Hearts rolling in taken back on the tide
We're balanced together ocean upon the sky
Another night in this strange town
Moonlight holding me light as down
Voice of confusion inside of me
Just begging to go back where I'm free
Feels like I'm through
Then the old man's words are true
See the dog and butterfly
Up in the air he like to fly
Dog and butterfly, below she had to try
She roll back down to the warm soft ground
With a little tear in her eye
She had to try, she had to try
Dog and butterfly, yeah
Up in the air he like to fly
The dog and butterfly, below she had to try
She roll back down to the warm soft ground, laughing
She don't know why
But she had to try, she had to try
Dog and butterfly
oh gosh..one more... I watched this tribute to Led Zepplin on TV, and then saw Heart's concert with Jason Bonham when they performed this song in Kansas City, MO (Starlight ..outdoor venue) in 2013. Awesome...saw them again a year or two later in Austin... not sure if they are touring anymore. Would LOVE to see them again.

Some charts... Anyone else see descending triangles?? or...is this just wishful thinking? ...eeeeee......
Attachment 47264
Attachment 47265
Uhhhh.. what I meant is are these descending/falling "Wedges" (= Bullish)???? Descending Triangle is different and is Bearish.
https://www.freeonlinetradingeducati...rt-school.html
Was studying the two, and the descending triangle has price action hitting repeatedly on a support line as though its knocking/pounding on the door to drop lower, while the descending wedge, although still dropping, is narrowing its channel indicating that Bears are becoming fewer/tired?? Check out link with definitions for both plus example real life charts. Very interesting!
Best wishes...I am likely keeping my 50%in equities until next week, even though futures are down right now. If price breaks below the lower trend line, will likely exit. Will see.....Have a great weekend!!
Wow. That zeppelin tribute
Love the guitar work on this too!! (dog and butterfly)
Hope you don't mind me posting this on your thread...for those of us ancient enough to remember Badfinger, I thought this was cool.
He's the last surviving band member and just put out this catchy tune/video...

Yep, that is very catchy. I like it...read up about the bad and wow...their story is a sad one. So glad their last surviving member has not given up.
Rainy day man does sound lots like the Beatles. And so does some of their older stuff signed to same label in 1970s and involvement by bot Paul Macartney and Geprge Harrison .... but a very crooked manager duped them along with bad recording contracts. Tragic story...
This is a nice early song.
