    Looks like the F Fund is the winner for August. That being the case all our methods should be in the F Fund in September.

    LMBF-1 SIM is already there. The other methods will need an IFT to the F Fund before noon eastern tomorrow 8/30/2019.

    Well here is how the TSP Funds and the LMBF-1 systems did for 2019:

    It was a Buy & Hold year. You would have been better off holding any of the TSP equity funds for the year than following one of these methods.
