Good luck with the MAC software! I understand it is excellent with graphics, pics, etc. but not so much with financial spreadsheets, etc.

It can pull TSP fund price from the the TSP website automatically, but you will likely have to enable linking and enable macros--always a risk. I provide this spreadsheet to address the concept of linking/automatic updates.

Originally developed as a macro-enabled Excel 2010 spreadsheet, I converted it back to Excel 97-2003 "compatability" . . . so all the cautions that go along with anything that is converted backwards and is macro-enabled go along with it. Just like lots of other free things, I cannot accept responsibility for data or other problems and I offer no support.

Even though it indicates it is compatible with earlier versions of Excel, it is what it is, and I don't have any plans to improve it. If you are good with spreadsheets, feel free to make improvements. [Although I would appreciate feedback. Just send a PM.]

ANOTHER WARNING: When TSP.gov changes funds (like adding L2050) or otherwise changes their TSP prices website (like for holidays), the spreadsheet will update with erroneous or nonsense info. If you are not comfortable with modifying the spreadsheet to accommodate this, you should not rely on this spreadsheet.

Because I like to "cut and paste" into another file that I import into Quicken, I've used pseudoticker symbols that should be understandable. If not, look at http://www.tsptalk.com/1212/shareprices.html [I haven't bothered with adding L2050 on the left side, although it pulls the most recent few weeks of data into the sheet.]

    Hope you find this helpful.

I am. I've had igoogle as my home page for many years and now it will go away. I've tried some alternatives but none that i've found are as good and most are glitchy.
