Federal government has no jurisdiction over personal cultivation and use on one's own property. The tenth amendment applies. If there is no commerce, then the commerce clause does not apply.

As for the continued thought about investing in illegal substances, drug manufacturer stocks are extremely sensitive scientific data - to approvals, disapprovals, withdrawals, and even trial results - - - why would anyone expect MJ to be treated differently? On the hopes that the Federal government would abdicate authority over one particular substance - just because it is widely abused?
Don't bet on (or invest in) it.

Boys, I've been watching HEMP since last Fri: up 17.93%, up 83.39%, up 54.53%!!! Wow - it's becoming addicting! I have to take a "small" stake in this, or CBIS, or MJNA, or something.

I had a limit buy order @ 0.03 a couple weeks ago when it was trding at 0.04. I missed out.

I had my eye on it .04 but did not pull the trigger. I put my earplugs in at .19
