20 years ago . . . . still holds up, so not gonna put this in the "Oldies" thread.
Have a great 4th everybody , even in this wacked out world we seem to be in at the moment.

Cabin Fever (2009) was an innovative recording session where "Before The Frost... Until The Freeze" was recorded over a series of five nights at Levon Helm Studios.
The sessions were filmed in front of an intimate live audience and allows the viewer into the recording studio with the band.
Christopher Robinson -- vocals, harp, guitars
Richard Robinson -- guitars, sitar, vocals
Steve Gorman -- drums, percussion
Sven Pipien -- bass, vocals
Luther Dickinson -- guitars, mandolin
Adam MacDougall -- keyboards, vocals
Larry Campbell -- banjo, fiddle, pedal steel
Joe Magistro -- percussion

Today would have been Chris Cornell's 58th birthday (July 20th, 1964) He passed away May 18th, 2017. RIP Chris. "No one Sings Like You Anymore".

Was having a "Country" spasm yesterday. This is from 2006. Not sure if it's an "Oldie" or not, so I just put it here.
It's definitely in the "What ever happened to" dept. They broke up in 2007, but so much potential. I think Michelle Branch (brunette) signed to Madonna's label, but I never heard much on her solo career.
Their voices are great together. Don't know why they split.......

When Soundgarden broke up and Chris went and formed Audioslave with members of Rage Against the Machine, or maybe even after Audioslave ended, alot of us were looking for a Soundgarden / Cornell "FIX".
This band "Operator" came out of nowhere and people said "Holy Crap, he sounds just like Chris".....
Not too many vids out there of this band because they were short lived.
Made up of Johnny Strong (MMA fighter, Actor, Musician.....) on vocals, the guitar player from Puddle Of Mudd, and a couple other dudes.....(Bass / Drums)
So you tell me.........does this sound like Chris Cornell ??? At the time I thought so, but not quite sure as much any more. Maybe fairly close???

Not sure if it's Chris but it sure does sound like him.

Nahhh dude..... It's not Chris, but most would agree with you that it sounds just like him.
