Haven't heard of any particular difficulties in the area where we visit... but then again it is pretty far south... their current highs for the day are in the mid to upper 20s with lows in the single digits... so while not balmy not really unusual either. However, at those temps when you travel 6-7 hours north, then things could get to be pretty cold

Also - I made a note on your Ukraine Classified Ad this weekend, referencing how glad I am that you all got out of there before this horrible cold hit them. Minnesota winters are one thing, this Ukraine stuff is totally off the wall -but I suppose mostly because of the part of the population that is so ill prepared for it. I couldn't tell specific locations from the newspaper articles, but, of course, I am wondering if any of your orphanages, gypsies & elder-lies got hurt?
