I still say political contributions should be taxed, at a very high rate.
Want to give a million dollars to a candidate- or a PAC? Why not a 50% PAC TAX?
Or a television commercial? How about a 75-% flat tax on political advertising air time?
At least the IRS can get some income off of it.
Don’t get me started. We got at least two years till the next election cycle to try and stabilize the markets and bring back our economy out of the Covid catastrophe. It’s going to take everybody working together to get us back to a healthy , Covid-contained economic engine again.
