    As a resident of the bankrupt state of New York, I'm very likely contributing to this fund for the next 5 years.

    Let's be honest. Most small businesses fail anyway. This is just a political stunt and will provide zero return.

    New York, the largest city in the U.S., created a $35 million fund to offer no-interest loans to small businesses in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods.
