    Stocks finally saw a meaningful pullback yesterday as the Dow and S&P 500 experienced their first 1% declines of the year. The Dow lost 204-points - a loss of 1.6%, while small caps and the international stocks lost 2.0% and 2.6% respectively.

  3. Tipping Point

    The Seven Sentinels went to a sell condition two weeks ago tomorrow. As it turns out, that signal was just about perfectly timed.

  4. The bulls won't give up easily


    3/06/12

    Stocks opened sharply lower on Monday morning, but the dip buyers showed up about an hour into the trading day and took the indices up to close with more moderate losses. The Dow dropped 15-points but the Nasdaq 100 lost 1% for the first time all year.

  5. Continued Weakness Puts Pressure on Bulls

    The market opened the day in the red today and never got back to the neutral line. At the close the major averages saw modest to moderate losses across the board.

    The Seven Sentinels remain in a sell condition. Of note is that TRINQ is showing a high reading, which could mean a bounce is near. But beyond that, this market is showing signs of continuing deterioration.
