If this Elliott Wave guy's prediction comes to fruition, what an amazing opportunity it would be to buy in now then ride the wave iii of 3 up for the next year or so. That's a big "if" though...

Bitcoin has been dropping hard the last couple of days. I'm adding some GBTC today.

Possible breakout of GBTC today. It's above that falling wedge and the 50-day EMA, but can it hold into the close? Plus it created a big open gap below.

Getting ugly! It needs to find support here or 5000 is next?

I sold my BT before the drop. The chart exhibits a striking similarity to CB manipulation in the stock markets. Relatively fast rally; in this case from May to July, then incremental drops. Pauses are long enough to bring in more bulls before the next leg lower. I will be surprised if support holds at the 7500 level. I think the odds favor a return to 5000. Could be weeks away from it though. Assuming I'm correct.

Crypto is rocking to the upside very quickly right now.

I saw that. My GBTC limit to sell order got hit a few minutes ago... and it kept going up with out me. How dare it!

Shaun over at SGT Report said in an interview with Bob Kudla that the CB has created a paper market to short crypto.

    Their reason?

So the market can find its natural price.

    Forget about stability. Manipulation reigns.

Hmm, I may have bought your shares. I haven't touched GBTC in a couple years but when I saw this morning that BC was rocketing I took a look, and sure enough it had bottomed this week near the long-predicted price of $7500 from a guru that sends me free materials still (Erik Hadik), so I took a flyer and bought 1000 shares at $9.56...happy so far obviously, but with such a massive spike up it could easily drop straight back down in a blink of an eye LOL. It's in my Roth IRA that I like to take chances with, I've been doing well timing trades of TVIX for example....it's nice to have time to do this stuff now that I'm retired!

1000-points in one day? Wow, but the 50 and 200-days are in the way now. That's just a logical place for a 1-day rally to pause, at least temporarily. Weekend trading should be interesting. Good luck!
