I have been a member of the site for awhile but not very active. Between the job and life in general I really didn't feel like I had anything to contribute. But now that I have retired from the FAA ;about two weeks ago; I find that I have a bit more time on my hands now! Hehehe... Anyway, been a fan of JTH, Birch, IT, coolhand and really way too many others to mention. You guys and gals, have taught me a lot about investing. Now that I have retired, in about another two weeks I can roll over my TSP to another account. Any recommendations? For I too really hate just two EFTs.

Thanks!

Hi Aireman! Congrats on your retirement!

I use Scottrade for my IRA and can't complain.

Thanks! Need to start my own retirement thread maybe? I sure hope it doesn't take as long as Zebra did to get my info from OPM.

Cool... It's just the info I'm looking for! Haven't had time to research investment houses much. Scott trade charge much for moves?

Very true, but if your just now going to get into it (outside of TSP), it is a cheap time to do it.

Welcome to the board and definately congrats on the retirement !!
