It is my understanding it is a charting technique consisting of three curved lines that are drawn for the purpose of anticipating key support and resistance levels, and areas of ranging.

I've tried to employ it in the past, but find it to be too inconsistent to warrant use. Individual results may vary. :)

If I remember correct from my planet elementary schooling... Fibonacci Serie is formed by the 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21... so if the hedge fund managers are using this reference also the DOW should be breaking its closing from 12807, 12166, 11782, 11142, 10117.
Are we going to hit 11782 ? If so, 11782 will be touching the 200 EMA... we got one week to get there... Untill the Full Moon and Full Moon Eclipse change and turn our "TIDES"
