Taxed on 13 monthly payments?

Just a quick question, I am retired and drawing equal monthly payments? Will this year have 13 payments on the 1099-R since January's payment was taken out of TSP December 28th? Thanks.

I think it will be on the payments you actually received (deposited in your acct) during the year, so did you actually receive 13 payments during calendar days Jan1 - Dec 31?

Probably not if you are on a 12 mo schedule.Unless you got 2 during any one month.
