Some Spring Cleaning

I did a little spring cleaning. I'd like to keep this "Allocations Changes" forum pretty clean so you can comehere and quickly see any newallocation transfers. Imoved some of the topics and their posts to other forums. I hope you can find them. If you have trouble you can use the search feature on the top of the page.

You are always welcome to post comments here in response to the allocation change posts, butif you want to start a new topic, please use another forum.

Also, let me know if there is a new forum you would like to add.
