One of the best and perhaps underutilized features of this website is Ocean's List. (http://www.tsptalk.com/tracker/tsp_user_toplist.php)
As an example, we can see the tracker's bottom 10 have the heaviest weighted allocation in the G-Fund while the top 5 have the heaviest allocation in the S-Fund. We can also see the trackers average return is 4.88%. At 3.51% I'm below average. :D
