There is a brief reference to China's importing toxic building materials in: Big 3 Bailout Oct 28 -#54.
I would be surprised to hear that President Obama had inquired of the Chinese Administration what they planned to do about that...
And not only that - what they do send us is poisoned - pet food, milk, - even sheet-rock that the importers don't seem to be able to take responsibility for; and the families are virtually homeless. :mad:
(that newspaper article went out in the recycling pick-up today - sorry I can't quote any of the details...)
(apparently I don't know the difference between drywall andsheet rock...)
