I like it. It should help the new guy catch on faster. The HEADLINES in a nutshell.

One down side is that it seems to take an extra 2 or 3 seconds to load the main page.

I didn't notice any significant difference here. Using a 100% wireless internet connection with a constantly fluctuating download speed, limited to a max of around 1400 kbps. I've noticed that TSPTalk usually pops quicker than most other sites that I hit.:)
