View Full Version : Trouble with Transfers -- 11/19 to 11/20

I initiated an interfund transfer to 100% S around 9:30 AM EDT on 10/19, hoping it would be effective 10/20.

I didn't receive the usual late evening transfer confirmation e-mail. This morning it is showing that my original mix (with a note saying balances as of 10/19/04) NOT what I wanted as my newdistribution (100 S).

I wentto the Interfund transfer screen before noon today and it shows my 11/19 allocation and says "You have an interfund transfer being processed for 10/19/2004 which cannot be changed because the deadline for changing or cancelling it has passed." This screen is showing my desired 100% S distribution.

Has anyone else had this problem --i.e. your account balance does not reflect your 10/19 transfer??

You mean 10/19 and 10/20 right?

I'm not sure what happened. Mine is showing the the new 100% S fund allocation correctly.

Safetyguy, does your SSN end with an 8 or 9? If it does I have your answer. And by the way I am in the same boat. I wanted out of the S fund yesterday and am still in it today. I put in a transfer to the G fund that never went through.

Yes I meant 10/19 and 10/20

Also, my SSN does end in a "9". Why does that affect things?

Mine ends in a 9 and I was affected. What can we do?
