TSP open Nov 23 for transactions?

I'm federal (DOD) and will be working that day. Anyone think the TSP will be open for transactions on the Friday after Thanksgiving, or will Wednesdays transactions be valid for Monday?
Was kind of eyeballing the chart in the latest TSP Talk Market Commentary (http://www.tsptalk.com/comments.html).....

Should be open on Wednesday and Friday, but always wait for the notice form tsp.gov on it. Last year they posted prices for Wed. and Friday.
