TSP just posted the new Quarterly Participant's statements on the TSP website.
I looked this morning at 9am, and they were not there yet.
I looked at 11:45, and they are now on-line. You can log in (don't forget that huge 13 digit number) and download your third quarter participant statement right now.

Starting with this statement, your participant statements will display your TSP account number.
