Congratulations! Babies are the the most precious and important members in our lives. To create another human in your own image is a wonderful gift to celebrate every day. I can still remember the joy I felt with the birth of each of my children. They are all grown now, but the memories stay with you a lifetime.:):):D

Congrats!

Give him the pinch test. If you pinch him and he cries, he'll play offense. If he snarls, he'll play defense!

My boy, Tillman, is 1 and he snarled! :)

Congratulations CC, Ya got his retirement account set up yet! :) Even more incentive to save for the future! I have two boys. One saver and one spender. Interesting how they can turn out so different while they've been raised in the same household, same parental advice, etc. Good Luck!

Thank you guys it means alot. I've taken some advice from you all and i've come up with the conclusion that he's be playing offense in football.. My wife thinks he's going to be a place kicker though...not sure why. I've started combing through the information on what to do financial for him. 529 plans or what it's a maze of stuff. any suggestions?

Also, don't forget to open a Roth IRA for your kid! As long as they receive earned income, it's possible. Just hire your son right now. :)

Good article explaining a bunch of the details:
