Goin' out on the ski boat today, wanna join us? We got a new knee-board.

I have to say though, there's a lot of smoke in the air this morning from the wildfires.

First I'm cookin' Sterling Strips on the grill, with baked potatoes and 7-layered salad, and chocolate cake....

Sterling is the highest of quality in Silver. It is also the name that distinguishes a new, higher standard of quality for beef. The Sterling Silver line of certified premium USDA Choice Beef is the beef for those with a discriminating palate. http://www.grandcentralhotel.com/menu.html (http://www.grandcentralhotel.com/menu.html)

I buy the Sterling New York Strips from our local meat market - they are the best steak I've ever had.....we don't cook steaks that often, but when we do, that's what my discriminating palate wants!

Actually, my husband gets hamburger.....he has hamburger teeth. Oink.

Boat Ride was fun, but water was choppy (prolly from so many boats) and it is really hot in South GA!
