I would like to remind everyone to keep our forums clean and enter all remarks on fund transactions only to a member's "Account Talk." This will make it easier to follow each member’s fund transactions.

These are the rules for creating and posting to your Account:

1. You must have 25 posts (TSP Starter) before you can start an “Account” thread (effective 4/03/2007) and be entered in our tracking spreadsheet, Weekly Tracker. Any member who had an account thread at TSPTalk before April 3, 2007 with fewer posts is Grandfathered.

2. When you create an "Account" thread, you must also create an "Account Talk" thread in our “Members Account Talk” form. Please discuss your strategy, and reasons for your transactions in your “Account Talk” thread.

3. Post each change in fund allocation to your "Account" by clicking the "Post Reply" button found at top and bottom within your “Account”. Do not create a new account thread for each change you make in fund allocations.

4. Fund transactions must post to your “Account” by 12:00 pm EST (EDT) to be entered in the Weekly Tracker at the Close Of Business (COB) that same trade day. Do not post past fund transfers, often referred to “Monday Morning Quarterback”. Please use a character (/, or, or; or line) to separate the percentage allocated to each fund. Any fund transaction posted after 12:00 pm EST (EDT) will be effective at COB on the following trade day. We do allow up to 10 minutes tardiness in posting to your account. In some cases a tardiness up to 30 minutes will be allowed but only for reason, and not more than once a week.

5. Do not post comments in your account, or in other member accounts. Instead, explain your moves and add comment in the “Account Talk" threads. Please post all pictures or other assorted attachments in your "Account Talk" page. If you post comments in an “Account” they will be deleted in a couple of days.

6. If you change your fund transfer, please "quote" the prior fund allocations or use words like “change of mind” in the front so we can track the entry as a revised transaction. This allows the tracker and others to follow you’re making a change to your move for the trade day.

7. You should not create an Account if you are following TSP Timing Newsletter, TSP Trader System, or any other paid service. The tally competition is for those using their own strategy as a means to inform, educate, and share their trading approaches with others. We track our services' returns separately.

8. You must post to your “Account” at least every three months to remain in the Weekly Tracker. However, frequent posting to your account without making a fund transfer is not permitted because this hinders the tracking of fund transactions. If you remain at the same fund allocation, you should post an entry in your account every couple months. You will be deleted from the Weekly Tracker, if you fail to make an entry to your account in more than three months.

9. Please refrain from bashing in another member's "Account Talk". A good healthy disagreement is fine. Please rest assured that bashing and/or squabbling will be deleted. This forum is about us learning from each other to make money.

Thank you all for your cooperation
