Board Chairman announces resignation

Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Chairman Michael Kennedy has submitted a letter of resignation to the President, effective June 30, 2020, to pursue another opportunity. The Board will continue to have a quorum and will be able to conduct necessary Board business. On May 4, 2020, the President sent three nominations for the Board to the Senate. Board Member David A. Jones will serve as Acting Chairman until the new Board Members are confirmed by the Senate.

Well, he was one of the three who was to be replaced. Get out on your own terms while you can.

From what i read on GOVEXEC that there was pressure from the top which caused this. Maybe we are going about trying to get changes to the amount trades we get completely wrong. Instead of complaining to the TSP board who could care less about us, we should go to the top, the man himself i.e. Mr Turmp. Seems he can make things happen amongst the TSP Mafia heads.
