Facebook's stock drops toward 2-year low; Wedbush says it's no longer a 'best idea'
Shares of Facebook Inc. shed 1.4% in premarket trade Monday, putting it on track to open at the lowest level seen during regular-session hours since Jan. 9, 2017. On Monday, Wedbush removed the social media company's stock from its "Best Ideas List," citing "investment price discipline, but maintained its outperform rating. Wedbush said Facebook's stock had tumbled 27.4% since it was added to the list. The stock has lost 29.2% year to date through Friday, while the S&P 500 has declined 9.6%. On Friday, Wedbush said it removed shares of Apple Inc. , Electronic Arts Inc. , Nordstrom Inc. and SLM Corp. from its Best Ideas List.
