Interfund Transfer 07/13 for 07/14/06

I can only assume any rally will be sold off at this point so I don't know if we'll have much time, considering our TSP deadline, to wait on some strength before lightening up. I am making an interfund transfer this morning going to 50% F, 25% C, 25% I fund.

This goes against my theory that Friday will be positive based on historical data,and I always hate selling when things have been down already, but with everything going on, there may be more pre-weekend selling late tomorrow.

I just wish I had done that when the indicators were first overbought, but now that the OEX put/call ratio is confirming trouble, it may be better late than never to back off.
