Important Problems: Dow Dips 28 Points as Reality Sets In
It was a down day for stocks even as President Donald Trump signed the Republican tax bill into law. The Dow and the S&P 500, however, still managed to finish higher for a fifth week in a row. The S&P 500 advanced 0.3% this week after finishing little changed at*2683.34 today, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 102.32 points, or 0.4%, this week after dipping 28.23 points, or 0.11%, today.
