I believe todaywill be a good day for stocks since Wachovia has announced its merger with SouthTrust, buying it for $14.3 billion.

A nice beginning to summer, indeed. :^

God Bless:)

Yeah, I read the news on Wachovia today also. Hope its a good sign for today. The market has been somewhat of a Flatline these past few days.

haha! No kidding? I am so there.

I am going to make a mass book purchase when I get back from vacation, my buy list is sufficiently long enough for it. I am looking for books on candlesticks, too.

Well, today started up, but the enthusiasm is waning; however, I wouldn't be surprised if the week ended higher.

I'm hoping for some weakness this week with a tentative plan to be back to 100% stocks by the 28th or 29th, to catch that end of themonth / begin of the month historical strength.

Well, today wasn't as great as I had hoped for. Although there was positive news from INTEL and Wachovia, investors are still nervous about the 2 big events of the week- Iraq turn over and the FED.

Hopefully things will look up after the 30th.

God Bless
