Never seen Mayweather fight but I like the Pac-Man, he's got a lot of heart.

I'm not a boxing fan, but based on what I've heard at work and on the news, I will root for Pac. Apparently the other guy has domestic violence on his record.

From the gambling angle...I've seen as much as a +200 line for Pac-man. That means you risk $100, but get back $300 if he wins. I like that since I think both have about equal chances.

Punchers vs. boxers fights turn out to be boring bouts. Mayweather, a great technical boxer, (great defense when in trouble) as a boxer Mayweather's routine is jab, jab jab and then run run run from corner to corner. I rarely have seen Mayweather stand toe to toe and brawl against a puncher. I think size of ring will be critical, Mayweather likes huge rings, he might just box in a ring the size of Puerto Rico, that way he can dance and run all night. A smaller ring (Puncher's ring) will give Paquiao the advantage, he'll cut the ring and corner Mayweather, although I think the trick is to get Mayweather in center ring, away from the ropes. I would love to see the Paq-man knock out Mayweather, but I think it may go the distance; Mayweather will out point and win by decision. Paquiao best not make the same mistake when a couple of years ago he stepped in with left arm low and Juan Manuel Marquez knocked him out cold with a tremendous hay maker. Lesson learned Paqman!!..... Don't let the fight be decided by the judges point system, they'll give it to Mayweather, the boxer will often win on technique. Just my take on the biggest boxing match ever????? Really!!!! Go Paquiao.

Floyd Mayweather Fight — Man Plans To Place Prostitutes Ringside On Diamond-Studded Dog Collars | Radar Online (http://radaronline.com/exclusives/2015/05/floyd-mayweather-fight-prostitutes-ringside-diamond-studded-dog-collars/)

“He plans to hold the girls on dog leashes,” the source said. “They’ll be wearing … one-of-a-kind leather-and-mesh dresses” valued from “$30,0000 up to [the] several $100,000s [bought at] the Versace boutique at the Caesars Forum.”

some people's priorities are all messed up, that's like buying a fleet of ferrarris and then not driving them. i am curious who this person is, donald trump? kid rock? bill clinton? who could afford such a thing?

Looks like Maricar is ready for fight time tonight. Looks like Christmas with all the goodies around the TV. Just one last comment and video of Paquiao's relentless fighting style; opponents were champions, no slouches. If you notice he is fighting punchers in center ring or coming off the ropes, toe to toe; no runners dancing hiding in the corners. Just watch a few minutes of video, it's rather long but Mayweather wants none of this. Still think Mayweather wins by decision, unless he throws a lucky one and clocks Manny's brain. It's happened before. By the way, Manny Paquiao is the first and only fighter to win 8 world titles in 8 different weight divisions. He started as a small Flyweight (112 Lbs.), now he fights as a Junior Welterweight (140 Lbs.). Regardless, Manny is the underdog but I hope he wins by knockout preferably. Enjoy the fight all. Holly molly, $100.00 for PPV.

Don't forget the taxes and other fees..PPV comes out to almost $120.
I hear you, Tsp roulette. Unless Pacman KO's MW, MW is the winner. Both are very good fighters, but very different styles. Mayweather has the technical smarts, but Pacman has the heart and very explosive which may or may not work to his advantage. We just need one lucky punch!

I'm paying $10.00 or a little more for taxes and fees to watch the fight, ten of U.S. Veterans chipped in for the PPV.

I am not surprised they selected an incompetent referee for the fight. Knowing the rampant corruption in the boxing world I think things may have been arranged to favor Mayweather, after all he lives in Vegas. Like Maricar mentioned the loser referee assigned for the match, ring size which might be big enough to run run run. Hell who knows what'll happen, I just hope Paquio wins and Mayweather disappears. After all, the sun will come out tomorrow (hopefully), Come Monday we will be back to manage our TSP accounts and care less about the fight, eventually we just won't give a damn. But at least today, have a good time all and may the best pugilist win.

Like I said; puncher vs. boxer, boring fight it was tonight, it was run run run, clinch, throw arms around and hugs Paquiao so not get hit. Referee warned Mayweather "stop clinching". Poor Paquiao couldn't catch a running crazy chicken, nobody has in his 48 wins no defeats record. No cuts, no blood, no headbutts; Mayweather keeps Manny away at long distance. Here is part of an article about why boxers don't want to fight Mayweather:

More accusations that Floyd Mayweather Jr runs from opponents

More accusations that Floyd Mayweather Jr runs from opponents
AP
Arguably the biggest complaint about Floyd Mayweather Jr (http://www.examiner.com/topic/floyd-mayweather-jr-1), as a boxer, is that he runs from and or ducks opponents. This stigma has followed Floyd Mayweather Jr for many years now. Yesterday, in an interview with fellow Examiner Michael Marley (http://www.boxingscene.com/mayorga-mayweather-run-from-me-stink-it-out--35121), Ricardo Mayorga (http://www.examiner.com/topic/ricardo-mayorga) continued the criticism of Floyd Jr with the following comments:
"I have no interest in fighting Floyd Mayweather. I have no interest because he runs away from all his opponents so the fight would stink, the people wouldn't like it." Mayorga
Mayorga is just another boxer in a long line of boxers to have come out over the last few years and accuse Floyd Mayweather Jr of being a scared fighter, a cherry picker, and/or someone who runs from his opponents. Antonio Margarito, Miguel Cotto, and Shane Mosley have all said the same thing about Floyd Jr over the last few years.
Just ask any Manny Pacquiao fan and they will tell you that Floyd Jr is running from the Pacman. Floyd Jr does have a questionable process of selecting fighters. His attitude and fighting style has also drawn criticism from Boxing (http://www.examiner.com/topic/boxing) legends like Larry Holmes and George Foreman. Larry basically thinks Floyd Jr is a punk and George said Floyd was a scared fighter who ran away from Oscar De La Hoya in the late rounds of their fight.
Until Floyd Jr fights Manny Pacquiao, or maybe even someone like Amir Khan or Miguel Cotto, I believe he will carry this reputation of being a runner, ducker, chicken, and a cherry picker. Unfortunately, who knows if/when this fight will happen with Pacquiao. According to Floyd Jr, it will only happen when Manny gets off the "power pellets".

Well, fight's over, unanimous decision win, Mayweather; go figure. "Paquiao got off the power pellets" and lost. Just what many boxing fans expected. Gotta admit it, Floyd Jr. is the best boxer out there.

Wow! It was ok.. but I wouldnt watch MW fight again... if you can call it that. It was just so frustrating to watch. MW's boxing style (defensive and not aggressive) was so awful. Love Manny 's aggressive style! But he just failed to have a good strategy to counter MW 's constantly walking backward against ropes and then quickly moving to side to get away. Really prefer to see a true fight with some slugging. That was lame! No wonder not as much interest in boxing. They need to get rid of the ropes, put down some tape and deduct points for persons stepping out...instead of rewarding lame fighters who constantly back up and run. Heck..at least on two occasions MW hunched over and had his back to Manny who punched him on the back. Pitiful!!! I prefer UFC...by far!

P.S. Burro... I did not see any diamond collared ladies!!! Lol... but Beyonce was in the audience, as well as Mark Walhberg, Agassi, I think Stephie Graff, and that Bieber kid.

Mayweather, his moniker "Pretty Boy Floyd"... Gotta give it to him, he has mastered the boxing technique of running, clinching, hugs (lots of them), arm grabber, pitty pat jabs that score him lots of points, let's not forget speed. He is very gifted with quickness and these "avoid getting hit" skills. All of this virtuosity have allowed him to have that 47-8 unbeaten record. Like I said in a post before the fight "It'll be a boring fight" punchers and runners boxing matches make for boring fights. Floyd prefers hugs than punches and dances better than Bruno Mars. Mother's Day it's coming, I am sure Floyd, "the pretty boy" will have lots of hugs for mom, part of his training regimen. Regardless $100.00 for PPV for watching a one arm man and the road runner; what a joke. Geez, let's move on. but before you go watch the skills.
