Moderating can be a thankless job but it is obviously a much needed position to keep the board moving in a positive manner.
The board has grow so quickly and because I am focusing my attention on other parts of the site,I don't always see what is going on so I take responsibility for lettingthings go too far at times.
Our current moderators are doing a great job but they need some help. If anyone is interested in becoming a moderator,we'd really appreciateit.It's not a job for everyone but if you think you have what it takes and would like to help, please send me a PM or email.
