That last "play" was a bit too cute and it cost me. I'm going back to playing defense. I will keep some exposure to stocks in the I fund because of the dollar's action. Effective Friday (Close of Business Thursday) I will be 75% F fund, 25% I fund. This is an interfund transfer.
Sorry for the late notice but I wanted to see if the early rallywould be sold off. It has so far. Sometimes that leads to an afternoon rally but I can't take the chance. I'd rather err on the side of being too cautious until things clear up.
So after 2 months without a transfer, I'm throwing a bunch at you lately.
The bulls/bears ratio surprisinglywent up to 36% bulls / 30% bears.
