Ok. I know the market has been a bit crazy! My question is, in my allocations I have 5% in the L 2030, and 19% distributed among all the other funds. I just made an IFT 4-Feb with 50% G and 50% S.

So, which of the two, the contribution side or IFT side will greatly affect the total balance outcome? Thanks.

Here's an example:

Suppose your total allocation is $100 per check:

After an allocation occurring on an unspecified date: $5 in L 2030, $19 in C,S,I,F, and G
AFter IFT also occurring on an unspecified date (and minus/plus unspecified gains/losses since above transaction): $50 in G, $50 in S.

The total balance will depend on when your funds were allocated, and how well/poorly the relevant funds performed while your money was so allocated; contrasted to when you transferred your money to the G and S funds, and how well/poorly, since said transfer, said funds performed.
