The same manner the DOW moved from 12,800 on March 2011, to 16,400 December 2013, it may reverse back to 12,800 by 2016 and even to 8,000 or 7,000 if it goes into stool. :confused:

Hope you right. But, the DOW hits almost 12,000 points in 1/2000 and then below 8,000 points in 3/2003. Then the DOW hit over 14,000 point in 10/2007 and back to below 7,000 point in 3/2009. Recently the DOW hit over 16,500 point in 12/2013 and it may very well go back to at least 12,800 or even 8,000 - 7,000 points range by 2016. Hope I am wrong. You may verify the historical data. :)
