Bond (http://money.cnn.com/markets/bondcenter/) prices were lower, lifting the yield on the 10-year treasury to 4.21 percent from the 4.19 percent level late Wednesday. The dollar (http://money.cnn.com/markets/currencies/) gained ground on the euro and the yen.
