I just uploaded the new version 1.2 of the Android App for the message board.
(I don't know how long it takes to actually show up because the download page still says v 1.1.3. You may want to wait until the page says version 1.2)

vBulletin Android Mobile App 1.2 contains 8 bug fixes. Of note are:
Pictures in the forum threads/posts in not getting displayed
Unable to add comments for articles
Quotes don't display correctly
Photo swipes are reversed
