I like to view the full TSP talk website form my phone. When I load the page it gives me the mobile version and I normally hit the Full Website button and then Display Standard Website button and I'm good, but now when I hit the Display Standard Website button it simply refreshes the page and nothing really happens. So I can't get to the standard website. Can you help please?

Unfortunately, the only way I have to test it is to use my desktop. When I go to www.tsptalk.mobi (http://www.tsptalk.mobi) I see what you see. I click Full Website, and then Display Standard Website. It takes a few seconds but the page does load. And here is the URL it seems to be using:

http://tsptalk.com/?redirect=false&utm_source=MobileSite&utm_medium=MobileSite&utm_campaign=MobileSite

Is anyone else able to test this via Android? Thanks

Looks like I'm seeing the same as pmcint01. I navigated into the tsptalk.com, and it went straight to the .mobi site. Hit Full Website, and it asks to either display "mobile friendly" or "standard". Hitting "standard" returns to the original .mobi.

I am glad you posted this. Thought it was a problem with my phone. Droid phone here as well, and I first noticed it kept routing me to the .mobi site as well. I prefer the full website as well.

Tom, just tried it, took me straight to the full website without the preceding screens.

Now when I hit display standard website it takes me back to the mobile homepage.

Let me reset it to the way it was and we'll see if things refresh.

If you have a way to refresh your browser before you try it, that might be helpful.

Thanks for your help!

Sorry no change. I wonder if iphone users have the same problem.

OK, I better contact the .mobi folks.

I didn't get much technical help, but they did point me to a webpage that may be able to fix the full website issue on an Android.

View websites like a “desktop” machine from your Android phone (http://www.su-root.eu/computing/android/view-websites-like-a-desktop-machine-from-your-android-phone) -

Please let me know if that helps or not. Thanks.

Well thanks for trying. I did have to use that method in order to view the page. I have to switch it back and forth because most of the time I do prefer the mobile websites since they load faster. So it gets annoying to have to change that setting back and forth.

I mainly use the full website to check the fund pricing stats you update in the evening. Do you think you could add that to a link on the mobile website?

If you mean this page, http://www.tsptalk.com/tsp_share_prices.html, then yes, I'll add it.

I use the full website to get to the charts it the bottom of the home page, for some reason my phone browser wont let me have any direct links to the charts except for the AGG. I can still get to them through my saved link to the premiums area which loads fine as before. So as long as that does not change I will be fine. I can also get to the IT commentary as before as well, if that changes I will have a BIG problem.

I'm grasping at straws, but have you tried www.tsptalk.com/charts.html (http://www.tsptalk.com/charts.html) ? The link is on the mobi home page under "charts".

On the mobile version, when I try to log in on a Xoom (tablet), there are three boxes to type in username and password and no combination of them works.

Any ideas what that's about?

I took out the auto-redirect to the mobile version. I'm glad it helped.

Hmm, not really. What are you logging into (forum, premium seveices, autotracker, etc.?) Not that if you tell me it will help me. :embarrest:

Is there a cache clearing feature (like the ctrl-F5 on PC browser)?

I'm an iphone user, I also had the mobile all the time. Frustrating to try to go to full website and it would just go back to mobile.

I believe you fixed it now. I didn't have the mobile website problem anymore. Thanks!

It was the forum. Though I tried again about an hour ago and now I get the full website. So you can ignore my issue as I prefer the full website anyway.

Thanks!
