Etherium is the 800 lb gorilla in my opinion. Hearing that China is going to ban mining due to electricity costs, rumor with some stuff posted elsewhere. That could change costs and transaction speeds down for sure. Good luck with your mining!

Ya I’m mining Alloy. It’s kind of confusing because there are 2 other organizations out there making a coin called Alloy. This one is XAO, not listed anywhere yet because it’s brand new. I don’t even know much about it, but I figure that’s the only time any of these coins are gonna be cheap and able for me to mine so I’m gambling on it.

Most of the popular home miners can be easily reconfigured to mine a different coin that uses the same algorithm with the change of one line of code. For example, I could switch from Alloy to Monero, a very popular coin right now, in about ten seconds. So if one coin becomes unprofitable to mine, you can switch. I believe NiceHash does this automatically for its users, but I don’t use it so can’t confirm.

It's bouncing back a bit but those $2000 drops in an hour can be disconcerting.

Sorry Tom,I opened mine last night before seeing your referral ID. I am still not level 2 verified even after my pretty picture with the note and DL. Ha. Not ready to send money from GDAX just yet but TRX does tempt me.

    That's actually bmneveu's ID.

I'm in the same boat with GDAX. I am comfortable there so I'll be playing with binance a little before committing money - or cryptos.

Binance had issues all day. I would never get my SMS texts. Twitter was going crazy with others having the same issue. Would be mad if it was a fire sale and I was locked out!
