Each Newsletter will go over the charts of the various TSP funds and give you a technical analysis breakdown of each.  RevShark will tell you which funds he likes, why he likes them, and gives an updated recommended allocation for your account.

Q1 - My password doesn't seem to be working in the members' area.

Q1 - My password doesn't seem to be working in the members' area.

A - The premium services area is completely separate from both the message board and the email alerts.  You will have to create a new account in the premium service area to access the services.  Other login problems are technical issues.  See this document for possible problems/solutions.

Q2 - Do I need two accounts to view the premium services from my work PC and my PC at home?

A - No. The email address you signed up with will be used as your username and will work from any PC.  However, we will monitor the accounts for any suspicious user activity so please do not give out your password to anyone.  See the user agreement for more information.

Q3 -How much does it cost?

A - See price list above or go to the member's login page for a detailed list.

Q4 - I went through PayPal to subscribe but I still can't view the newsletters.

A - That may have been caused by using the "back" button before the process was complete.  If this is happening to you, either send me the email address you used to sign up, or forward the PayPal confirmation to me, and I will verify the account and activate it manually.

Q5 - Do you take any other type of payment other than PayPal?

A - Yes.  We now have standard credit card processing capabilities.
Also, if you wish to pay by check, I will accept them for 1 year subscriptions only.  Send them to the Buy Low Sell High, Inc., P.O. Box 13213, Ogden UT 84412, BUT you must send me an email when you send the check so I know to expect it.

Q6 - Can I see a sample newsletter?

A - You can see a samples from the members' area menu.  

Q7 - Will you send out email alerts when a new newsletter is available?

A - Yes, but you have to sign up for it.  Sign up here email alerts.

Q8 - How do I cancel my subscription? 

A - You can cancel by going into the members' area and click on the "Edit Subscriber Status / Profile" link in the menu.  For best results, always send us a confirmation email with your login name requesting cancellation, and we will manually cancel for you.  If you are using PayPal, be sure to go to www.paypal.com and cancel your subscription there as well.  Refunds are only available for annual subscriptions which are cancelled within the first 30-days.  Month to month subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.  See more on the cancellation policy here.
