Attention Premium
Services Members:
-- Beginning 8/01/08, Annual Subscriptions (pre-paid 12-month) will NOT be renewed
automatically. Once your subscription expires, you can simply
re-subscribe.
-- Month to month
subscriptions will continue to renew automatically until cancelled.
-- PayPal Subscribers: To avoid an automatic renewal, you can
cancel your annual subscription renewal directly on the PayPal
web site yourself, or we will cancel it manually for you before the
expiration date, if you have not
already done so.
-- Annual Subscribers who paid by Credit Card will not have to do
anything. We will cancel all automated annual subscription
processing for you.
-- You can check your
subscription expiration date by logging into the Premium Services area
and clicking on
Edit Member
Profile in the main menu. We will also send you an email to
let you know that it is about to expire.
-- Again, you will be able to renew manually by going through the
subscription process after it expires. We have decided to do this
avoid any unwanted renewals, and because many accounts do not have their
payment info up to date, and in that case, the renewal payment would be
declined.
-- Is your credit card information on file up to date?
Month to month subscribers must have an active credit card on file to
continue automatic renewals. Please use the
Edit Member Profile
page to ensure that your card number and expiration date are current.
For your safety, this data is encrypted in our data base and can only be
viewed by you.
-- The annual
subscription refund policy has changed for first time subscribers initiating a new
subscription after 7/31/08. First time subscribers to annual pre-paid
subscriptions will have 30 days to evaluate the new service. If
they choose to cancel within those 30 days, a full refund will be
issued. After 30 days NO REFUNDS will be issued.
