Darwin ; Day Trip 1 (Final)


So we ended the day at Wangi Falls and the Buley Rockholes...the Falls were another awesome sight !!! ANOTHER salt water croc warning, and "no swimming" signs !!!

The Buley Rockholes ? Not so much...lot's of people there, on this hot day, enjoying the cool waters and drinking a cool one !!! None of them even offered ME one !!! Guess the crocs couldn't make it into these "holes"...

That's okay...we had ours on the return back to Darwin !!!

So I finally found a video editing software package, so I can rotate and merge the pix I took of the studly "Sounds of Silence" didgeridoo player !

Like I said before, the finger moves are just for show....a didgeridoo has no holes ! The Guy told me he just used them to keep time...the various sounds are made strictly from the breathing...

Leaving Darwin, under a cyclone warning !!! Geez !!! We leave Florida, travel half way around the world, and have a cyclone (hurricane) warning !!! Go figure...it went west, and we had no real impact, except for some rain...

AAT King bus...took several day tours with them, and we were VERY impressed with these people ! Good tours, and great guides !!!
