On Wednesday, November 30th at 3:00 PM (Central) I requested a 100% fund transfer. I checked today about 3:00 PM and my funds had not transferred. I did have a red Pending Interfund Transfer message so I figured the transfer would happen this evening. I checked again early this evening and the red message was gone but the funds had not moved. I just checked again and as of a few minutes ago (Dec. 1 about 10:50 Central) my funds have not been transferred. While I was typing this post I received an email telling me my Interfund Transfer has been completed, but the funds are still where they were. I went ahead and put in another transfer request just a few minutes ago. Very frustrating to waste one of my December transfers and probably suffer another day of losses. Is this a common occurrence or am I just the lucky one? Would it do any good for me to call them and discuss this issue?
