I completely understand what you did. I went with L2020 on Monday and have stayed there, but I was out of the market for too long. I can't contribute to TSP, this is REAL money to me, I am not competing with anyone on TSPTalk and have to live at my comfort (risk) level and L2020 was fine for me. I will look at a second IFT later this month, but I am OK with being a turtle.

Well we made that right shoulder in a hurry! Only took 2 days to retrace up through the channel. Wow. I could see a little sidewards action or slight consolidation for a few days before breaking through the channel ceiling, but that is a complete guess.

No rest after 700+ point rally. S&P 500 flirting with new closing high today. Resistance or breakout?




I usually prefer to use the SPY chart, but there's been a bad tick on it for a couple of days.

With the right shoulder complete, the S&P 500 appears to be climbing up this follow-on pattern to the Inverted H&S setup. Looks good so far.

Hmmm, another positive day with a weak close...

Been eyeing that January 5th date on the chart below... Seems like a good time to bail I think.
