Transfer 7/16 for 7/19/04

I made a move today to 75% S and 25% I. We are getting closer to some sort of rally, whether it's the real deal one or just a temporary one,and I want to continue to be aggressively invested.

The change islightening up on the I fund (to put more in the S). I'm not sure how wise this is because the dollar is still in a weak pattern (and down big today) but I'm more excited about the U.S. market right now and I don't want to miss out if the international stocks or the dollar do something unpredictable.

Today from 100%-G-TO 100%-F .what s the worst that can happen ?

WOOO WEEE. Just as I start envying everyone it get's worse. Maybe my G hideout will do through the Dem convention, more Greenspud, bad tech stock reports, whatever. I do look in on you guys a few times a day. Maybe Thursday will do better...

Yesterday was down big and look like today too

So , now it is the time to start buying C-fund that

have less room to go down."C-fund may be a bargain"
